Yes. We recommend a patch test 24–48 hours before first use of any topical product to check for individual sensitivity.

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Observe the period-after-opening and batch expiry indicated on the packaging.

We accept cards and PayNow securely via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers. All prices are in SGD.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Local delivery within Singapore takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. You can also check your order status anytime from your Account → Orders page.

Report it within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier, and once a parcel is confirmed lost we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Unopened products in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to our error. Defective items, wrong items, and adverse reactions are eligible for a full refund — see our full Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
